The Start
East Land Homes, which later became Gold Coast Homes, was established in Michigan by Jack Butcher (As seen on the left as a child). It was established with a dream of producing low cost production houses in small neighborhoods in Michigan.
Bringing Gold Coast Homes, INC. to South Florida
After nearly building 2000 production homes in Michigan, Jack Butcher soon realized of the untouched real-estate in South Florida. The Family moved down to South Florida with plans of doing the same. The Family quickly went to work with the help of Jeff Butcher, and Steven Butcher building over 600+ Homes in the South Florida Area.
Including:
Verona Woods, Winston Trails, Colonnades, Escondido, and All of Lake View Estates.
Custom Homes
After Building over 600+ production homes in South Florida, Jeff Butcher and Steven Butcher set eyes on a new concept of building, Custom Homes, from the ground up. Steven Butcher's Expertise in designing production houses, would soon take on designing of multi-million dollar custom waterfront properties. Steven Butcher would design the house and Jeff Butcher with his Residential Contractors license would build them. Taking out the need for shell contractors, and architects, Gold Coast Homes, INC. could and still does create one of a kind homes in South Florida with over 40+ Years of experience, at the lowest costs to customers.
Jeff Butcher, Steven Butcher, and now with the help of Troy Butcher have built over 25 one of a kind properties in communities such as:
Boca Harbor, Tropic Isles, Boca Bath and Tennis, and Boca Bay Colony.
